Open Monday through Saturday, the bistro and bakery support farm-to-table dining with local and healthy ingredients, using both old-school European ideas and new twists on traditional ingredients such as spelt, an organic specialty of the Amish.
The vision of the founders is to have a company built in Amish country by a faithful team of food designers and bakers with "servant’s hearts," passionate about sharing the most delicious creations, incorporating the best ingredients they can find. The bakery features fresh made goods every day, and the bistro offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything starts with meats raised by local farmers nearby, vegetables from the rolling hills of Amish country, and fresh breads baked from scratch in the bakery.
The location has had such a great response from the community, that a second location in Millersburg is being planned.
